Cancellation policy

All cancellations and changes must be sent to MKON AB in writing to alexandra@mkon.se

Cancellation of registration and hotel booking
Cancellations made before June 17th - full refund will be made (except administration fee of 800 SEK)
Cancellations made after June 17th - no refund will be made

If you cannot attend, your registration and hotel booking can be transfered to another member of your organisation for a fee of 800 SEK. Please contact alexandra@mkon.se
