Registration information

The congress fee includes:

• Access to all congress sessions and the exhibition
• Lunches and coffee breaks provided during the congress

Registration fees
(All prices are stated in SEK and exclude VAT.)

• Early registration fee: 2950 SEK
• Late registration fee: 3950 SEK

Other costs

This cost is optional and can be selected in the form

• Dinner at Sepmteber 21st: 550 SEK

Payment

You can choose payment by invoice or secured credit card payment by STRIPE. MKON AB confirms all costs in accordance with Swedish tax legislation. Invoice payment terms are 30 days. Full payment shall be received before the conference start.

To receive the early registration fee you have to register before the deadline on June 17th. If you chose to pay by invoice, the invoice will be sent closer to the conference to your email. You still pay the early registration fee if you register before June 17th.

Any refunds will be made after the conference.

When stated incorrect invoice address a fee of 800 SEK will be charged for retransmission of invoice.
