Take the goods with you directly, or pack them up, label them with the appropriate shipping documents, and leave them in the booth for collection. It is important that the shipping labels are securely attached to the goods.
The exhibitor is responsible for arranging collection. All goods must be packed and collected within the designated move-out period. Any goods not collected within this time will be charged to the exhibitor.

Exhibition opening hours
The exhibition is open during the meeting days. For more detailed opening hours, please refer to the scientific programme.

Food and beverages in the exhibition booth
Exhibitors are not permitted to offer visitors any food or alcoholic beverages brought in from outside the venue. Sweets and fruit are allowed. However, please be mindful that some participants may have airborne allergies, for example to nuts or citrus fruits.

Cleaning
Exhibitors are responsible for cleaning their own booth.

Insurance
Exhibitors are responsible for their own goods before, during and after the meeting.

Fire safety
It is prohibited to block fire safety equipment, emergency exits or electrical panels. Booth walls and ceilings must be made of flame-retardant, fire-rated materials approved in accordance with applicable regulations.
Candles, tealights and burning lanterns are not permitted, as they may cause smoke, fumes or excessive heat.
Exhibitors are not permitted to:
attach nails, screws, hooks, pins, tacks or similar items to floors, walls, stairs or landings;
place items outside their designated booth area;
allow decorations or other booth elements to exceed the maximum height of 2.5 metres.
We recommend using office tape, masking tape or adhesive putty instead. Exhibitors will be responsible for any costs resulting from marks or damage caused to the premises.
